- What procedure do I have to follow to have a document translated?

> You ask for a quotation without engagement and you enclose the document in question. Please do not forget to mention the following things:

- target language of the text/document
- (possible) deadline
- desired format of the translated document

After receipt of the text or document, we will make you a quotation during which we will bear 5 factors in mind: source and target language, size of the original text, format of the original document, delivery date and the text's complexity.

We start with the translation once we have received your approval of our quotation. The translation is then to be proofread after which it is delivered to you.

- Which text formats are accepted?

> As mentioned before, the delivered format type can really make a difference in the quotation. After all, some formats are easier to translate than others. This is why we ask to pay attention to the following points.
