1. General
Clause
The
translators general
conditions take
precedence over those of
the client and, baring
explicit stipulations to
the contrary, the client
waives his/her own
general conditions.
These
conditions apply on all
our offers, agreements
and activities.
2. Terms of
delivery
The
term of delivery agreed
in writing with the
client commences when
the original text and
the definitive order for
the translation is
received.
If
the client hasn't set a
delivery date or a
delivery date has not
been agreed on, the
translator will set a
delivery date himself
within reason.
The
translator has the right
to extend the delivery
date if the commission
is subject to
modification.
The
agreed lead-time will be
an estimated time,
unless expressly
stipulated.
If
the client puts an end
to the agreement by a
cancellation contrary to
these terms and
conditions before the
translator is able to
finish his commission or
before the deadline
agreed upon, the
translator will be
entitled to the entire
fee of the translation.
This also applies when
the agreement is
cancelled due to a
client's failing.
